Sent the Wrong Size Range

I recently ordered a 36" range from the Rustic Kitchen and Bath but was disappointed to receive a 30" range instead. To make matters worse, it's been over two weeks since my order was placed on 2/2/2023, and I still have not received the correct range, nor have I received any communication from the company regarding my delivery status.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be kept informed about the status of my order, and I'm disappointed that this has not been the case.

I hope the company can improve its communication and delivery process so that other customers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.

Incredible Value and Performance

To date the range has far exceeded my expectations - the only issue we have had is adjusting to the higher output burners, which are probably two to three times as efficient as our old range. I would highly recommend this range for anyone looking to up-grade their kitchen at a more than reasonable price.

This range is gorgeous

Once we unwrapped the package, I fell in love. And OMG, the oven...it is gigantic. WAY bigger than my old one could ever offer. The only downside is that this oven doesn't have a timer or a clock on it.
