Reviews

Some bugs to be worked out

There are things about this range that I really like. The styling is clean and sharp. The knobs are on the front panel, the obvious best choice. The induction burners will bring 8 cups of water to boil about twice as fast as my gas range. The range gives the feel of being well-built, high quality.

Now for the not-so-great aspects.
- Turn even one burner on, even on the lowest power setting, and you will hear a not-quiet fan, a bit like the hood fan over a range.
- On lower power settings, the induction burners appear to power cycle; I had a stew simmering on power level 2, and I could her a steady rhythm of ‘pot comes to a boil, pot loses boil, pot comes to a boil, …’
- The knobs for the induction burners have only six detents (6 hottest, 1 coolest) and 2 is enough to make a hearty stew boil aggressively. I can’t imagine a circumstance where I would -ever- use setting 6.
- In an ideal world there would not be detents on the knob, and any setting between hottest and coolest would work.
- Lastly, the induction burners appear to shut off automatically after a couple of hours, even on the lowest setting. This can be incredibly annoying if you use your range to make stock, which benefits from a long slow simmer all day long.

I’m left feeling like I purchased an induction range too soon, and I wish this technology had matured further.

Gorgeous Powerhouse

I've always wanted a professional range and I'm in love with this one. It's strong yet beautiful to look at. The oven racks slide out with a whisper. The range is so solid and powerful. For someone like me who loves cooking and entertaining, the job has just become so much easier. Juggling timings is a thing of the past. I can do it all at once now!

Great looking and cooking.

Bought this for a small mountain cabin, fits perfectly with our design. Very happy with the unit.

Please note: ZLINE does not offer White Glove Delivery services at this time and all deliveries will be Free Curbside Delivery. White-Glove Delivery is the process in which the products are brought into your home, however, ZLINE does not offer this option at this time. Curbside will be the only delivery option available for all orders.

ZLINE cannot HOLD open orders in their warehouses at this time.

Return Policy: ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:

Returns for refunds requested after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If items come damaged or defective, we are happy to replace them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement - please contact our customer service team.
All returns for refund are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. The shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
- Items under $75: Free shipping on returns
- Parcel or shipped by ground hoods: $50
- Freight shipments: $150
- Accessories not eligible for returns
All returns are subject to inspection and additional fees if returned unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in any way. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for full refund.
