Nice but awkward

This is my first induction cooktop. It's very efficient, but also the controls design is very odd. It will cook extremely fast and until you get used to it you will burn things and likely ruin at least one or two pots (I did) and it could stain the top. The instruction manual from Zline is terrible.

Love this cooktop!

This induction top gives you the versatility of a gas top with the convenience of an standard electrical cook top. No knobs makes it extremely easy to clean. I love the burner sizes. A great value for the price!

Skeptic at first

At first, I was skeptical about this induction cooktops supposed easy-clean surface. I think the ads a bit exaggerated. After all, it looks almost the same as my old equipment and, to be honest, that one had always given me a hard time after cooking a greasy or sticky dish. It turned out to be true, though, so I had no regrets buying one. I particularly like the automatic locking feature, which makes it safer than any burner.

Shipping Lead Times: 3-7 business days (ships next business day)

Please note: ZLINE does not offer White Glove Delivery services at this time and all deliveries will be Free Curbside Delivery. White-Glove Delivery is the process in which the products are brought into your home, however, ZLINE does not offer this option at this time. Curbside will be the only delivery option available for all orders.

ZLINE cannot HOLD open orders in their warehouses at this time.

ZLINE Range doors ship separately.

Return Policy: ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:

Returns for refunds requested after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If items come damaged or defective, we are happy to replace them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement - please contact our customer service team.
All returns for refund are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. The shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
- Items under $75: Free shipping on returns
- Parcel or shipped by ground hoods: $50
- Freight shipments: $150
- Accessories not eligible for returns
All returns are subject to inspection and additional fees if returned unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in any way. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for full refund.
