All Boston International sales are final. No returns are accepted without authorization from Boston International, Inc. Boston International only accepts returns on defective or damaged merchandise authorized by Customer Service. No returns are accepted after 10 days of receipt.
We highly recommend an inspection of your package at the time of delivery to ensure that there are no damages. If damages are found, please reach out to email@example.com and submit a case, with photos of the damaged product and packaging. Claims will not be approved after 10 days of receipt.
However, at the company's discretion, non-defective merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if a return is authorized for non-defective goods. Please note freight charges will be charged.
