Chimney Sizing

ZLINE Range Hoods are designed to fit the majority of kitchens right out of the box. Some kitchens with shorter ceilings do need a shortening kit or an extension kit depending on ceiling height. All our stainless steel hoods come with two telescoping chimneys to ensure the perfect fit. For our Designer Series hoods, we provide a one-piece chimney that can be cut to size.

Slightly damaged

Upon opening I discovered a little dent as well as a scrape. It’s very heavy and too much trouble to return. Other than that, it’s a nice hood.

Love it!

It looks awesome in our newly renovated kitchen. The 4 speed fan with a 3 minute timer if you care to use it, is a great feature I love as well. It has two LED lights that swivel that is also a plus being they are located in the rear of the hood. The unit is very easy to install and I added an outlet to plug in the fan motor and is hidden by the vent pipe trim out accessories. The style of the filters , I have to say, is cool looking and they couldnt be an easier to remove and wash. I dont see how anyone would be disappointed in owning this hood vent!

White-Glove Delivery is the process in which the products are brought into your home, however, ZLINE does not offer this option at this time. Curbside will be the only delivery option available for all orders.

ZLINE cannot HOLD open orders in their warehouses at this time.

Return Policy: ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:

Returns for refunds requested after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If items come damaged or defective, we are happy to replace them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement - please contact our customer service team.
All returns for refund are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. The shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
- Items under $75: Free shipping on returns
- Parcel or shipped by ground hoods: $50
- Freight shipments: $150
- Accessories not eligible for returns
All returns are subject to inspection and additional fees if returned unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in any way. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for full refund.
