Stopped working after 3 days

Wine cooler stopped working after 3 days. Called customer support and it took them 2 weeks to respond. Still waiting for my exchange

Please note: ZLINE does not offer White Glove Delivery services at this time and all deliveries will be Free Curbside Delivery. White-Glove Delivery is the process in which the products are brought into your home, however, ZLINE does not offer this option at this time. Curbside will be the only delivery option available for all orders.

ZLINE cannot HOLD open orders at this time.

ZLINE Range doors ship separately.

Return Policy: ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned within 60 days from date of delivery. All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:

Returns for refunds requested after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If items come damaged or defective, we are happy to replace them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement - please contact our customer service team.
All returns for refund are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. The shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
- Items under $75: Free shipping on returns
- Parcel or shipped by ground hoods: $50
- Freight shipments: $150
- Accessories not eligible for returns
All returns are subject to inspection and additional fees if returned unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in any way. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for full refund.
