Rustic Kitchen and Bath Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility
1. Rustic Kitchen and Bath Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who sign up for the websites popup. Excluding Alaska and Hawaii. 
2. Entrants must be 18 years old as of their date of entry in the promotion to qualify. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. The Rustic Kitchen and Bath's employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, and directors, as well as members of an employee’s immediate family and/or those living in the same household of employees are ineligible to participate in Rustic Kitchen and Bath Giveaway.
2. Sponsorship:
1. The sponsor is Rustic Kitchen and Bath (“Sponsor”), located at 1674 North Virginia Street PO Box 8007, Reno, NV 89507.
2. The sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these official rules.
3. Agreement 
1. By entering this giveaway, the entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s official rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this giveaway, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of Rustic Kitchen and Bath Giveaway
4. Giveaway Entry Period
1.  The Rustic Kitchen and Bath Giveaway begins on March 1st, 2023, and ends on March 31st, 2023. To be eligible for the giveaway, entries must be received within the specified entry period.
2. One winner will be chosen randomly and announced on April 5th. Winners will be contacted via social direct message. Winners must claim the prize by responding to the email within 24 hours or the Sponsor will withdraw the offer.
3. Once the winner claims the prizes, a representative from Rustic Kitchen and Bath will be in contact with the winner to assist them in claiming their prize.
