To avoid delays in replacements, when the product is delivered and there are visible and obvious signs of damage on the package, the delivery should be refused at the time of delivery and our customer service should be contacted as soon as possible. This will ensure that a replacement will be initiated right away.

Kitchen Kandy stands behind all products and in the instance that you are dissatisfied with your product, Kitchen Kandy offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.
The unit must be undamaged and uninstalled. The product can be exchanged for another unit or in full but will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and additional shipping fees that will be deducted from the refund.
