Sagebrook Home stands behind all products and in the instance that you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery receipt to report dissatisfaction.
If you are outside the 30 day period and are experiencing dissatisfaction, please reach out to our customer service team and we can assist you.
All returns for reasons (other than shipping damage or manufacturer defect) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges both ways.
Rustic Kitchen and Bath must be notified immediately (within 10 days of receipt) if there are shortages or damages during delivery. Including photos of the pallet(s) and showing any damage to the shipment.
