So far so good!

I really like this range hood as I was looking for one that would work well in my 100 year old home. I still have original cabinets in part of the kitchen and this hood works great with those too. I like the soft touch light and the fan speeds.

Just what I wanted

I have a copper farm sink and was worried that this hoodvent wouldn�t match it very well, or would look cheep. It is very beautiful and the copper embossing looks and feels like it is high quality. The fan is really strong! Installing it was simple as well.

Awesome design

I just purchased the Euro Range Hood and it looks amazing. It installed within an hour complete with electrical and venting. It was the perfect addition to our summer kitchen. Not only does it look great, it is quiet and the lights are perfect for added light over the grill. I am looking forward to using it this summer.

Love It !

We live our new Hood vent . It looks awesome in our newly renovated kitchen that my wife and I did ourselves being I am a residential contractor. It has two halogen flood lights The unit is very easy to install and I added an outlet to plug in the fan motor and is hidden by the vent pipe trim out accessories. The style of the filters , I have to say, is cool looking and they couldn’t be an easier to remove and wash. I don’t see how anyone would be disappointed in owning this hood vent !

Shipping-Return Policy

 

Shipping Lead Times: 10-14 Business Days

 

Returns:

Premier Copper stands behind its products and in the instance you are not satisfied, returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • All products being returned must contact Premier Copper’s returns department at Returns@premiercopperproducts.com. The form provided will need to be filled out and included in the return shipment
  • All returned products must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition, and original packaging. Must be returned with an additional exterior box so no return labels will be put on the original package.
  • All shipments must be inspected for accuracy & damages within 72 hours of delivery. Items reported incorrect, missing, or damaged after the 72-hour inspection limit will not be considered for re-shipment.

 

  • FREIGHT SHIPMENTS MUST BE INSPECTED UPON DELIVERY. Please ensure to inspect your delivery as it arrives, in the instance there is damage, we can provide a replacement in a timely manner.

 

 

Restocking Fees:

  • 15% restocking fee if the purchase order is returned within 30 days from the receipt date
  • An additional 5% restocking fee will be added if the product has to be palletized/crated, e.g., kitchen sinks, bathtubs, and range hoods.
  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PREMIER COPPER PRODUCTS RECEIPT OF THE PURCHASE ORDER

 

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from receipt of the purchase order
  • A 5% re-stocking fee applies to any products needing to be crated/palletized.
  • All exchanged products must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition, and original packaging. Must be returned with an additional exterior box so no return labels will be put on the original package.
