Moe's stands behind all products and in the instance you are dissatisfied with your product, Moe's offers a 15 Day Return Policy on all regular-priced MOE's Home Items.

FINAL SALE: All Sale, Special Order, Contract Design, all As-Is products are all final sale.

Installed Items: Any items that have been assembled and installed in your home are not considered final sale but are subject to return shipment cost and repackaging and restocking fees.

Exchanges: To further service our customers, Moe's also offers a full Exchange or In-Store Credit for the total amount on all regular priced items within 15 days from your date of delivery. Items must be in their original packing and in good condition, and all shipping fees are additional.

If items are exchanged without their original packaging, a starting fee of 15% of your total purchase will incur as a repackaging fee. Please note that your items are still subject to the restocking fee, starting at 15% of your total purchase.
