Chimney Sizing

ZLINE Range Hoods are designed to fit the majority of kitchens right out of the box. Some kitchens with shorter ceilings do need a shortening kit or an extension kit depending on ceiling height. All our stainless steel hoods come with two telescoping chimneys to ensure the perfect fit. For our Designer Series hoods, we provide a one-piece chimney that can be cut to size.

We love this hood

I was looking for a wooden hood and these were the only reasonably price hoods that I could find. I bought it without having many reviews to read hoping it would work. We love it. Not only is it well made and beautiful the fan works well. We weren't able to add the chimney due to our low ceilings but it still looks great

Looks great however

Went to hang our new island hood and found the ceiling bracket was not included. A quick n very curteous phone call and new one on the way, so I thought. Had to call back when it did not arrive a see promised, 3 more days to have wrong part arrive. Another phone call, great we have the correct part reordered, will have it in 2 business days, so I thought. Yet another call, so sorry it won't be there for another 4 days. Finally get part start to install, ok there are 4 million screws and not 1 blessed wood dowel to be found..my bad for not taking complete inventory. So directions say to center everything, but even you install the items the plastic venting is off center and now scrunching up and you can't get to it to straighten out.... onward....installed and looks great however it's poorly made and louder than expected. Poorly made = underneath where the grates n controls sit, the stainless trim around the edges is do flimsey, it does not sit flush n gives an cheap look

Best company and product - dont hesitate

Our kitchen remodels biggest glitch was a Thermador hood insert that wasnt going to work. Replacements were looking to cost $5k, until I found the amazing Range Hood Store. I ordered the wood sample and it arrived in 2 days. It was a perfect match to our floors, so I ordered. I was sure this was too good to be true, but customer service said it would arrive within the week, which it did. Perfectly packaged and ready to easily install, my contractor had it out of the box and up on the wall in about an hour. He said the quality and ease of installation was much better than the Thermador. And it looked incredible (see photos). Customer service is above and beyond. The product is working beautifully, and the lights are adjustable and highlight the marble tile backsplash. Dont hesitate to purchase through this company. They are stellar.

I love it!

I stained and painted this hood myself. It was so easy. The wood and gold go well with my kitchen. Quality is so good too! It's a nice and heavy hood with multiple speeds and a light. Installation went exactly as expected. It was cheaper than on Wayfair. It arrived very quickly. I love it!

Beautiful piece of work

I ordered the this to fit into our new construction home. I had to call and get a replacement because the first one was cracked from one end to the other on a corner. Customer service was excellent and they had a replacement shipped to me in 2 days. The only thing I question is I dont know if I could have called when ordering the fan if I could have opted for the extension and not got the smaller chimney. I didnt see that option online but maybe calling I could have done that. Now I have a smaller chimney that Ill never use. Beautiful piece of work.

Please note: ZLINE does not offer White Glove Delivery services at this time and all deliveries will be Free Curbside Delivery. White-Glove Delivery is the process in which the products are brought into your home, however, ZLINE does not offer this option at this time. Curbside will be the only delivery option available for all orders.

 

ZLINE cannot HOLD open orders in their warehouses at this time.

 

ZLINE Range doors ship separately.

 

Good Stock Returns: ZLINE requires at least 3 photographs clearly showing multiple angles of the product within its original shipping container. Additional photographs and/or videos showing products may be required to process a replacement.

 

Shipping Damage: ZLINE requires at least 3 photographs from multiple angles clearly showing the damaged product. Additional photographs and/or videos showing products may be required to process a replacement.

 

Return Policy: ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 60 days from the delivery date. Please note, all returns are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. These costs will be deducted from the customer’s total refund amount.
 

All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:

  • Shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
    • Parcel orders up to $300: $50 return shipping fee
    • Parcel orders over $300: $100 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments up to 299 pounds: $200 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments of 300-399 pounds: $300 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments of 400-499 pounds: $400 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments over 500 pounds: $500 return shipping fee
  • Returns for refunds requested before 30 days from the delivery date are subject to the shipping charges outlined above. Returns after 30 days face an additional 20% restocking fee based off the original purchase price.
  • Returns will only be accepted for a maximum of 60 days from the delivery date. Customers must inspect their ZLINE product upon arrival for damage in order to process a return or replacement within this timeframe.
  • If products arrive damaged or defective, ZLINE will exchange them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement. Please note, photographs and/or videos clearly showing damaged or defective products are required to process a replacement. Box damage does not count. The box must be opened and clear evidence of product damage needs to be apparent.
  • Products should be opened and inspected upon delivery and any damage should be reported immediately. Damage claims reported after 5 days are subject to denial.
  • Under no circumstances may products be replaced or returned after installation.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and additional fees if returned unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in any way. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • Accessories such as chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, etc., are not eligible for returns.

We love this hood

I love it!
